PREPPING INSTRUCTIONS TO MAKE SEA MOSS GEL:

RINSE – Empty entire contents into bowl and rinse/clean with spring water to clean off any debris or particles since it's wild crafted. Remove moss and discard liquid.

SOAK - Place cleaned miss in large bowl of fresh spring water. Cover for 3-6 hours. Room temperature. Do not discard this nutrient immersed liquid.

BLEND – You're ready to make gel. Add soaked sea moss and 1 cup of the nutrient immersed liquid to blender for 1-3 minutes, depending on desired consistency. Transfer mixture to air tight container or mason jar and refrigerate. Will thicken after 2 hours.

NOTE: Always use filtered, spring or distilled water. Gel can be refrigerated up to 1 month.

Store the original dried moss in a cool, dry place up to 1 year.
