Try Our Favourite Sea Moss Smoothies!

Incorporating Sea Moss gel into your smoothies and drinks are the easiest ways to put it to use and reap the benefits. Smoothies on their own are a great source of energy and nutrients. Smoothies like any other fruit are best to indulge in during the morning or when you first start your day, so your body can have the right foundation to build on for the rest of your daily activities and meals!

Smoothies can be a meal replacement on their own. If you want to challenge yourself on your healing journey you could try a 1-4 week fruit fast to detox your entire digestive tract and give your body a break from breaking down those complex macronutrients. While fasting you could include a variety of whole fruits as well as smoothies during your day. Down below are some of our favourite smoothie recipes you can use while on your fast or just to try something new!
